Crush It is a 12 week training program designed to take your bouldering skills to the next level. After coaching countless athletes to their hardest sends, I have created a program that will help you do the same.

This program will:

  • Identify your weaknesses in strength and movement
  • Help you strength train simply and effectively
  • Give your climbing sessions structure to maximize improvement
  • Get your strength, power and technique ready for the demands of your bouldering objectives

This program is for you if you:

  • have been consistently bouldering (3x/week) for 1 year or more
  • feel that your progress has plateaued and you are ready to level up
  • you are self-motivated and do not feel you need the support of a coach to complete your sessions
  • want a flexible training program that will make you a stronger, better, more tactical climber.

Equipment needs:

  • Bouldering area in a gym
  • Hangboard
  • Pull up bar
  • Dumbells, barbell, kettlebells, etc. are optional, but having access to these is recommended for best results.
