Crush It is a 12 week training program designed to take your bouldering skills to the next level. After coaching countless athletes to their hardest sends, I have created a program that will help you do the same.
This program will:
- Identify your weaknesses in strength and movement
- Help you strength train simply and effectively
- Give your climbing sessions structure to maximize improvement
- Get your strength, power and technique ready for the demands of your bouldering objectives
This program is for you if you:
- have been consistently bouldering (3x/week) for 1 year or more
- feel that your progress has plateaued and you are ready to level up
- you are self-motivated and do not feel you need the support of a coach to complete your sessions
- want a flexible training program that will make you a stronger, better, more tactical climber.
- Bouldering area in a gym
- Pull up bar
- Dumbells, barbell, kettlebells, etc. are optional, but having access to these is recommended for best results.
