Crush It is a 12 week sport climbing program designed to take your roped climbing to the next level. After coaching countless athletes to their hardest redpoints, I have created a program that will help you do the same.
This program will:
- Identify your weaknesses in strength and movement
- Help you strength train simply and effectively
- Give your climbing sessions structure to maximize improvement
- Get your power & endurance ready for the demands of your sport climbing objectives
This program is for you if:
- You have sport climbing goals from 5.10 to mid 5.12
- You have been training for 0-3 years, but you have been climbing consistently (~3x/week) for at least 6 months
- You want a training program that will make you a stronger, better, more tactical climber.
- Roped climbing
- Bouldering area
- Pull up bar
- Dumbells, barbell, kettlebell, etc. are optional, but having access to these is recommended for best results.
