Comprehensive 12 week sport climbing program including strength, technique, and energy systems work. This is not a physical product. It is a downloadable program.


Crush It is a 12 week sport climbing program designed to take your roped climbing to the next level. After coaching countless athletes to their hardest redpoints, I have created a program that will help you do the same.

This program will:

  • Identify your weaknesses in strength and movement
  • Help you strength train simply and effectively
  • Give your climbing sessions structure to maximize improvement
  • Get your power & endurance ready for the demands of your sport climbing objectives

This program is for you if:

  • You have sport climbing goals from 5.10 to mid 5.12
  • You have been training for 0-3 years, but you have been climbing consistently (~3x/week) for at least 6 months
  • You want a training program that will make you a stronger, better, more tactical climber.

Equipment needs:

  • Roped climbing
  • Bouldering area
  • Hangboard
  • Pull up bar
  • Dumbells, barbell, kettlebell, etc. are optional, but having access to these is recommended for best results.
