Force Over Time is a 12 week strength and hangboard program designed to support your development as a climber and as an athlete.
This program is for you if:
- You have been climbing consistently (~3x/week) for at least 6 months
- You need a strength and finger training program that can be combined with your climbing schedule
- You want to train, but you are not exactly sure what to do or how often
- You are ready to take a more organized, consistent approach to your training and climbing
- Pull Up Bar
- Light kettlebell (or dumbell). Around 1/4 or 1/3 bodyweight (general recommendation, please reach out if you have specific questions).
- Heavy kettlebell. Around 1/2 bodyweight (general recommendation, please reach out if you have specific questions).
